Most of us are looking for that secret formula for success and achievement and we want to shoot for the stars (or moon).

Why is it that so many people make business success look so easy. Everything that they touch turns to gold. Is it a case of them “making” it look easy, or do we sometimes make it too complicated?
Here is what I have discovered over the past 8 or 9 years.

Success, achievement, consistent improvement, or realizing a desired outcome, is a formula of possibilities. The important word here is “possibilities”. It is not a guarantee, only a possibility!

A Formula of Possibilities: D + F + B = P

Pretty simple right? The variables within the formula areoutlined as follows:

D represents Discipline. Discipline is the ability to do something even when you don’t really feel like doing it.

F stands for Focus. You always need to keep your eye on the prize, whatever that prize may be.

B represents Belief. This is a key ingredient into the formula of possibilities. You must believe that it is possible.

As I have learned over time, through my own accomplishments and observations of many other business owners and sales representatives, when you combine Discipline (D) with Focus (F) and Belief (B) you have the formula of possibilities.

Apply it to anything. Achieving your 2015 sales goal.
Finding your next new lead or prospective customer.
 Becoming remarkable at customer service.
Or flying to the moon! By applying this formula in your business it can bring you one step closer to uncovering your possibilities and leaping to a new and exciting place.
